Imagine being 16 years old, committing a crime, and going to live in juvenile detention. You wait for your release, knowing what awaits you: the same friends, family, and life that got you into jail. How can you forge a new path for your life?

JJM seeks to engage young people as they are met in a variety of youth-serving institutions (detention centers, probation, correctional facilities, group homes, residential treatment centers and emergency shelters).  These valued relationships are sustained through ongoing involvement as they reenter their communities. We are working with youth in the main detention center for Central Oregon, which is located in Bend.

We are currently looking for volunteers & donors in Bend to help grow and sustain this ministry.

Ready to volunteer? Give us your info and we’ll be in touch.
